Only 10 minutes on the VibraTrim is equal to 30 minutes of cardiovascular exercise; the recommended minimum daily amount of cardiovascular workout to increase and/or maintain overall health. Be sure to ask about adding VibraTrim to your Zerona, SmoothShapes or Endermologie routine, to help flush out the toxins released by your lymphatic system during treatment.

What does vibration have to do with your circulation? The body vibrates every single moment it pumps blood. This means vibration is essential for our blood circulation and lymphatic drainage. Lymphatic vessels are found throughout the body, in parallel with the capillary system. The vessels are as small in diameter as the capillaries, and the nodes are about the size of a pea. If you picture a string with knots tied in it along its length, the string is the lymph vessel, and the knots are the lymph nodes. But what is lymphatic drainage? The lymphatic system is a network of nodes and ducts that drains toxins out of the muscles in the body. These nodes help in conveying antibodies into the muscles, making our bodies stronger and resistant to fatigue. The lymph vessel system is responsible for carrying excess water, proteins and wastes from the connective tissue back to the blood stream, and maintaining blood volume. This includes the by-products of inflammation, dead cells and toxins. During the transportation process the lymph is cleaned, filtered and concentrated, with many immune reactions occurring in the lymph nodes, where lymphocytes are harbored.
Unfortunately, the lymphatic system is not capable of pumping toxins out of these nodes by itself and heavily relies on muscle activity. When you stand on the VibraTrim, you can feel your muscles contract, which requires oxygen and glucose. By increasing the number of muscle contractions, so does your need for oxygen and glucose. Your body responds naturally by increasing the heart rate to provide those vital elements to your muscles. As a result, the VibraTrim is automatically increasing your blood flow, thus increasing your lymphatic drainage, which also fights infection and bacteria.
