Body BeneFits, Inc. adheres to the following late policies: if a client arrives 5-10 minutes late, treatment will be rendered for the remainder of your scheduled time. If a client arrives more than 15 minutes beyond scheduled appointment time, the appointment must be rescheduled and is considered a “no show” or a cancellation. Any “no show” or a cancellation with less than six hours notice, will result in a charge of $50.00. For coupon holders, coupon offers will no longer be valid.

Treatment packages or individual treatments are non-refundable. Additionally, promotional packages including “free” services do not hold a dollar value. “Free” or promotional offers on any service(s) may not be substituted, discounted, refunded, or transferred.

Pre-paid sessions are to be used consecutively, and prepaid sessions are good within one year of payment made, otherwise sessions with be forfeited after one year.

Some treatments use consumable/ disposable goods. These treatments consist of, but are not limited to; Sublative, Thermo Lo, and Skin Pen. Purchased packages of treatments which use consumable goods are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Treatment package cost is due in full at the first session, otherwise individual treatments may be purchased.
