TERMS OF SERVICE

Body BeneFits, Inc. adheres to the following terms of service:

Late policies: 

  • If client arrives 5-10 minutes late, treatment will be rendered for the remainder of your scheduled time.  
  • If client arrives more than 15 minutes beyond scheduled appointment time, the appointment must be rescheduled and is considered a “no show” or a cancellation. 
  • Any “no show” or a cancellation with less than six hours notice, will result in a charge of $50.00. For coupon holders, coupon offers will no longer be valid.

 

Free introductory consultations are limited to 1 per customer.

Treatment packages or individual treatments are non-refundable. Additionally, promotional packages including “free” services do not hold a dollar value. “Free” or promotional offers on any service(s) may not be substituted, discounted, refunded, or transferred.

Pre-paid sessions are to be used consecutively, and prepaid sessions are good within one year of payment made, otherwise sessions with be forfeited after one year.

Some treatments use consumable/disposable goods. These treatments consist of, but are not limited to; Sublative, Thermo Lo, and Skin Pen. Purchased packages of treatments which use consumable goods are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Treatment package cost is due in full at the first session, otherwise individual treatments may be purchased.

Children:

Due to insurance regulations and at the consideration of customers who wish to relax at the spa we do not allow young children into the spa.

Please be considerate of customers who wish to relax and also turn off your cell phones before your appointment. Thank you for your understanding.
