Free introductory consultations are limited to 1 per customer. Treatment packages or individual treatments are non-refundable. Additionally, promotional packages including “free” services do not hold a dollar value. “Free” or promotional offers on any service(s) may not be substituted, discounted, refunded, or transferred.
Pre-paid sessions are to be used consecutively, and prepaid sessions are good within one year of payment made, otherwise sessions will be forfeited after one year.
Some treatments use consumable/disposable goods. These treatments consist of, but are not limited to; Sublative, Thermo Lo, and SkinPen. Purchased packages of treatments that require consumable goods are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Treatment package cost is due in full at the first session, otherwise individual treatments may be purchased.
