At Body BeneFits, we strive to give you our very best in order to enhance your experience with us. We adhere to certain policies to benefit you and create a harmonious environment where our treatment providers can focus on your needs. We know you will have a great experience with us as we strive to exceed your expectations!  Please leave your children at home in respect of others wishing to enjoy our relaxing environment.  We will have to reschedule your appointment if you bring children to your appointment and there will be a rescheduling fee.

First Time Appointments

If you are receiving any of our services for the first time, please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to fill out the intake forms; also, please feel free to download any applicable forms before you arrive, so that you may fill them out at your leisure. Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, reducing its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed.

Follow-up Appointment Pre-booking

We strongly suggest you pre-book your next appointment to assure your day and time preferences can be accommodated.

Body BeneFits, Inc. Late/ Cancelation Policy

If your arrival is delayed, we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment, but this is not always possible. If you are late, we will gladly accommodate you with an abbreviated service to avoid delays for other guests as treatments are charged at full value.

The late arrival/no show policies for appointments are as follows:

If a client arrives 5-10 minutes late, treatment will be rendered for the remainder of your scheduled time.
If a client arrives more than 15 minutes beyond scheduled appointment time, the appointment must be rescheduled and is considered a “no show” or a cancellation.

Any “no show” or a cancellation with less than 24 hours notice, will result in a charge of $50.00.
For coupon holders, coupon offers will no longer be valid.
Understand as a courtesy to the client whose appointment follows yours, if you arrive late, your services shall finish at the originally scheduled time and you will be charged the full service price. Arriving too late to perform the service may also result in full charges (or equivalent deductions from gift cards). Unfortunately, late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service times and you will be responsible for full service fees. Please plan accordingly for bad weather, traffic and road conditions, or daylight savings time, as to not inconvenience yourself or have an abbreviated session.

We aim to provide our clients the highest quality service and we pride ourselves on our exceptional staff. In order for Body BeneFits, Inc. to continue to offer great services at reasonable prices, we require at least a six-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduled appointments. Because appointment times are reserved for you, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel within less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have taken your scheduled appointment time. In addition, we are still obligated to compensate our staff for their time as well. Therefore, failure to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time will result in a $50 non-refundable fee or forfeiture of pre-paid treatment.

Clients with three no-show appointments within a one year period must pre-pay with a credit card at time of booking; no exceptions. Failure to show for your appointment will result in the card being charged for the missed appointment.

Payments, Deposits, and Gratuities

We accept Body BeneFits, Inc. Gift Cards, Cash, debit cards, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover credit cards, with a valid picture I.D. and credit card present. Please bring cash for payment of gratuities.

Deposits are required for some services, and for parties of two or more. Deposits are required for new clients. Deposits may also be required if there are frequent no-show or cancellation occurrences. Deposits are refundable up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled service appointment time. Deposits are non-refundable within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time.

Coupons and Discounts

All clients who have purchased discounted service deals (through sites such as Groupon or Living Social) are required to make advanced appointments. If you need to cancel or reschedule a reservation, we require a 24-hour advanced notice. Appointments canceled or rescheduled in less than required time will be billed $75 of original voucher value. Please provide your Groupon/Living Social number when calling for reservation. Remember to bring your voucher with your to your first appointment. An initial, free consultation is required prior to redeeming the purchased voucher. Services such as photo facials and laser peels require the consultation to be at least one day prior to the scheduled treatment. A face-to-face consultation is required for proper evaluation and a topical anesthetic application is required to be applied two hours before the treatment.

Please keep in mind when calling to schedule an appointment just prior to the voucher expiration, this may result in few or no appointment times available, because many people will be trying to redeem their vouchers at this time. To avoid this situation it is best to make an appointment soon after your voucher purchase. Expired vouchers will only be honored at face value of the purchase price to be used towards any regular priced service, as per the policies of the discount provider as well as Body BeneFits, Inc. The coupon voucher will not be accepted after the expiration date. For vouchers with multiple treatments, the first treatment of the series must be used prior to the expiration date or the voucher will be forfeited and only redeemed at face value for regular priced services. All spa policies apply to purchases of Groupon and Living Social vouchers.

Gratuities may be paid directly to the aesthetician or treatment provider in cash. Gratuities are not included in services unless otherwise noted. The customary gratuity is 18-25% of the value of the service, but any amount is optional. Generally the amount ranges from $10-$40. Feel free to ask our staff at check out for assistance in this matter. Gratuities are not included in gift cards unless otherwise noted. Tips are appropriate for all spa services and therapeutic treatments. If you would like to show your appreciation, you may do so at the end of your visit.

Friends, Visitors, Non-clients

We are unable to accommodate visitors accompanying clients in the treatment area of the spa including those complying with our age restriction policy because of privacy and safety reasons. All non-clients must remain in the waiting lounge. Children under the age of 10 must be supervised by an adult at all times. Our staff cannot be responsible for caring for children. You will need to reschedule your appointment if you arrive with your children without adult supervision. In this case you will be subject to the cancellation policy. Our spa lounge is not large enough to hold several non-clients. We kindly ask you to limit the number of visitors you bring with you to your appointment to allow space for our scheduled clients.
